Leeds in the past Children will look at what it was like to live in the past. They will look at why Queen Victoria came to Leeds and how the people celebrated this. They will also look at what life was like in Leeds during the Victorian times and compare it to what life is like now.

Summer time Children will learn to sing with an awareness of pitch and phrase, following the shape of melody using big, clear mouth shapes to form words. They will also play games to help develop an awareness of pulse. The children will also explore playing a range of instruments.

Messages from God The children will be looking at who brought messages from God and what did they say? This focuses on prophets in Christianity and Islam and the messages they brought. We will be looking at the stories of Jonah/ Yunus, Daniel/ Daniyal and Abraham/ Ibrahim.
